Returns & Exchanges:
Sacred Vision is a small, one woman operation so we do not accept returns. Please read the listing and size charts carefully so your item fits properly. If you have an issue with your order, contact us within 72 hours of delivery to request an exchange. All exchanges are subject to inspection and are at our discretion. Please note,  all shipping costs associated with exchanges are your responsibility. Please email us with “Exchange Request” in the subject line of your email, and let us know how we can help. Custom or Sale Items:
All items bought at a discounted price are final (no refunds, returns or exchanges).
All customized items bought are final (no refunds, returns or exchanges).

 

Damages:
If your item arrives with a defect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We will require pictures to help us understand and pinpoint the cause of any defect. Lost Items:
If you suspect your package has been lost in transit, please email us to discuss, however, we do recommend reaching out to USPS directly. Unfortunately, any lost packages will not be the sole responsibility of Sacred Vision.
